Ingredients

  • 1 2-12 lb pkg Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tsp Santa Fe Seasons Six Seasonings
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 32-oz box Swanson Organic Chicken Broth
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 12-oz pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 16-oz pkg Frozen Italian Blend Vegetables
  • 1 cup Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes (can use more than 1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken and brown both sides of chicken in a medium-size stockpot.

  2. Add water and broth.

  3. Mix in the vegetables and potatoes.

  4. Cook on high until the potatoes are tender.,

  5. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Serve with crackers.
