Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box Devil’s Food Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 small box sugar-free fat-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 cup Chatfield’s carob chips
  • 1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in an oblong glass baking dish in the oven while preheating to 350 degrees.

  2. Pour the dry chocolate cake mix evenly over the butter, then add the dry pudding cake mix next.

  3. Mix the cream and milks then cover the cake and pudding mix with the milk mixture.

  4. If you have any dry mix spots that aren’t covered with the milk mixture, drizzle heavy whipping cream on top of those areas.

  5. Add the chocolate morsels, carob chips, and coconut flakes on top.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes (time may vary depending on your oven).
