Cut hunger cravings with a veggie sandwich.
Toast the bread.
Tear the cheese into two pieces, and place one piece on each slice of bread (You may melt the cheese between the slices of bread in a pan on the stove as done in the photo, or use cold cheese.)
Slice the vegetables (wash first), and place them on top of the cheese.
Place the second slice of bread on top of the veggies.
Slice the sandwich in half, and serve with a serving of berries, apple, or other fruit.
