Stove-Top Roasted Brussels Sprouts

How to make roasted Brussels sprouts on the stove

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Bacon (thick)
  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Wash the Brussels sprout well.

  2. Cut the stems off.

  3. Slice the sprouts in half.

  4. Slice the bacon in fourths, and fry until crispy.

  5. Drain the grease.

  6. Add a small amount of the bacon grease (about 1/4 cup), and cook with the Brussels sprouts. 

  7. Cover, and cook on medium-low for approx. 7-10 minutes.

  8. Add the grated cheese when the Brussels sprouts are done.

  9. Mix in the bacon pieces, and serve.
