Grill a Napoleon burger with Roquefort cheese.

Slice the onions, wrap them in foil, seal, and place the onions on the grill while hamburgers are cooking.
Or heat a cast iron skillet on the stove, pour enough vegetable oil in the pan to just cover the bottom, then add the onions.
Cook the onions about five minutes on medium heat.
Toast or bake the buns or baguettes (just long enough for the buns to be lightly toasted or according to directions on the baguette package).
Add mayonnaise and/or mustard according to your taste.
Place the hamburger, cheese, onions, tomato, and lettuce inside the buns, and enjoy.
