Grill a bagel, and make it a vegan grilled cheese.
Slice the bagel into halves.
Add butter to an iron skillet, and let it melt.
Put the bagel slices on top of the butter in the iron skillet, inside down first.
Turn the slices over, and grill while you add the cheese on the inside of the bagel.
Cut the grilled cheese bagel in half, eat one half and save the other for later - or eat the whole thing if you're really hungry.
