Easy chili in an electric pressure cooker
Dice the onion and bell pepper and place into the pressure cooker.
Add the hamburger to the onion and bell pepper and season according to your preference.
Turn the pressure cooker on the Sear/Roast option, leaving the lid open.
Stir the hamburger/onion/bell pepper mixture until the meat is done and drain the grease.
Remove approximately 1-1/2 lbs. of the hamburger to store in a container in the fridge for another recipe.
Add the Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, corn, and pinto beans and stir with the remaining hamburger.
Lock the pressure cooker lid, and cook the chili on the Soup/Stew option (cooks 35 minutes).
When the 35 minutes is up, your chili is ready to eat.
Serve with crackers, toast, or over rice.
