Love chicken?

Gotta love chicken with orange sauce and garlic mixed with Lo Mein vegetables. You can even wrap it in a tortilla and call it China-Mex. Want the recipe? It’s FREE!

Purchase a large package of chicken the next time you go grocery shopping, and make this yummy Orange-Garlic Lo Mein Chicken. You can make it for 2, 4, or more. It can even be adapted for one. Just buy a smaller package of chicken and use less of the sauce (optional).

Cooking Appliance Options

You’ll see in the recipe that there are various ways of cooking the chicken recipe. Naturally, the first thing that we think of is to cook on the stove or bake in the oven. That is true – until you live in an RV, in a fixer-upper (that’s not quite fixed up yet), a college dorm without a stove or oven, or you’re camping. Then you learn to make do with other options such as these options (both which I use and enjoy cooking with):
