River Oaks Donuts Going on an outing in Houston at the River Oaks Donuts shop is a fun thing to do if you have grandchildren. I had never eaten filled donut holes until I visited this delightful place. It’s a small establishment but very friendly. They do have a couple of tables set up outside.
