Green bean casserole with a can of French Fried Onions baked on top is a favorite holiday vegetable of mine. This is the last week of August, and Labor Day is just around the corner. Autumn and holidays make me think of nostalgic memories of comfort cooking in the kitchen.
I do love those French Fried Onions and recently had a can of them on hand. Since eggs and omelets are top priorities on my weekly menu list, I decided to try something new – French Fried Onion Omelet!
It’s very easy. First, you saute spinach in a spoonful of coconut oil on a griddle. Add a couple of eggs, mix it all together, and add cheese on top then top it off with French Fried Onions. Incredibly delicious!
